​​Location is not a problem we can ship FEDEX next day air, 2 day, 3 day and USPS Priority with tracking.  We package our items with frozen gel packs and dry ice when needed.

Please allow us a 1-2 week notice for large orders (50+) along with your payment at that time to secure your order. 

We can usually accommodate all other orders within a 2-3 day notice.

You are encouraged to purchase our frozen gel packs to maintain large oders and orders with a majority of chocolate fresh and protected.  Frozen gel packs are highly recommended during the summer months and in warmer states.

We cannot offer any refunds on your order if it is received melted or crushed.  We do everything possible to package our items individually, include bubble wrap, insulate our boxes and double box our items to ensure they are received fresh and intact.

As when with dealing with food and chocolate, all deliveries must be received by someone and not left outside in the sun.
